Heh, I just tried to have something of my own on that piece, since the line art was pretty much the same as seen on the video. Anddd my coloring skills and my eye for matching different shades of colors aren't that great so since the "gorillaz" shading and coloring style is really basic I thought to experiment a little.
Keep on drawing! Humans are quite tricky creatures to draw imo. I still can't wrap my head around how to draw decent hands (or it takes me hours). But drawing from reference has helped me a lot.
